Vehicle Accident   August 28, 2005

29 August 2005 - The New Hanover Fire Company (37) was dispatched for a Vehicle Accident w/Injuries. Firefighters arrived to find two vehicles off to the side of the road, one with the occupant still inside. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle and provided initial patient care until EMS arrived. Upon EMS arrival, fire personnel assisted EMS with patient packaging and removal. A tow truck arrived to remove the vehicles from the roadway and the closed land of traffic was re-opened.
