Vehicle Accident
July 5, 2005
5 July 2005 - As rain moved through the area for the
first time in weeks, New Hanover firefighters were dispatched for an accident
w/injuries on Big Rd. New Hanover firefighters arrived on location to find two
vehicle off of the main roadway blocking traffic. One patient was still in her
vehicle. Firefighters stabilized the patient's vehicle and assisted EMS with
patient packaging. A flatbed came to remove the vehicles from to roadway and
firefighters we back at station in just over 30 minutes.
