Vehicle Accident May 3, 2006
03 May 2006 - Around 8:30 in the morning Company 37 (New Hanover) was called to assist Station 68 (Sassamansville) on a vehicle accident on Route 73. The vehicle struck a utility pole, knocked over an ornamental iron gate in the front yard of a residence, rolled, and knocked some limbs off of a nearby tree. The occupant of the vehicle exited on his own. Fire personnel assisted EMS with patient packaging, secured the vehicle, and assisted in removing the debris left in the resident's yard.Photos by Jason Wood Return to Past Incidents Page updated 15 March 2007 |
